Information includes: best and promising practices, funding resources, professional development, correspondence, parent resources, technical assistance, policy, and more. An interactive list serve is also available. Resources are updated regularly.

This site is maintained and supported using federal and state funds provided by the Michigan Department of Education through a competitive bid to Provide Special Education Services to Michigan's Public Charter Schools awarded to the Michigan Association of Public School Academies (MAPSA) and facilitated by CS Partners.

A concept Paper Promoting Leadership & Commitment to Children - Presented by MAPSA on November 6, 2003. This paper was written by former State Director of Special Education - Richard Baldwin, in consultation with Chuck Stockwell and the MAPSA Task Force on Special Education. It was approved by the MAPSA Board in 2003.
